The purpose of the LGSA is to organize and maintain a thriving community that will support MIT Latinx graduate students in their personal, academic, and professional endeavors and well-being.
The LGSA seeks to empower its members through the creation of a strong network within the MIT community, structured primarily through ongoing cultural and social events.
Where appropriate, the LGSA will serve as a channel to represent and communicate the needs of its members to other stakeholders, including MIT’s institutional leadership.
